“Good evening LADIES and gentlemen. My name is MFrederick and uhhh…I’ll be your Captain-Pilot-Driver this evening. If you look to your left, you’ll notice uhhh…something that is on the left side of your body and in the same room as you. The mind is clear tonight, but we may face usual turbulence around 8:30 uhhh…as we make our way to runway 500, we ask that you please get out of your seats and clog up the hilariously small isle with all your over-sized carry-on luggage. Thank you.”

I didn’t sleep well last night. No particular reason — I was just waking up every 3 minutes. That’s all.
I’m exaggerating. It wasn’t every 3 minutes but, it certainly feels like it.

I just took a walk outside. You couldn’t tell I was gone for 20 minutes, could you? You need to pay closer attention. No damage was done but, try to remain focused as we move forward, okay?

The real Seattle weather has arrived. It took me about 20 days of living here to realize the weathermen in this city could take October through May off, leave a piece of paper on the camera lens that says, “45 degrees, cloudy, and rain – Everyday.” Nobody would know. Nobody would care. And as always, if you see someone using an umbrella in Seattle – they are a tourist. That’s just how it is.

Life is interesting. The energy, the connections you feel with people who you barely know. I find it extraordinarily interesting when those connections are made through consciousness. When a team of people, in different parts of the world, can come together and create as though they are sitting together in the same room is remarkable.
Yes, technology brings us together in some fascinating ways but, there is a level of human connectedness involved regardless of how advanced the technology is. Connected, passionate human beings are powerful.

“Good evening, ladies and gentlemen, uhhh…we are approaching our destination and uhhh…will begin descending in about 420 seconds. If you look in front of you, you’ll see a little pouch connected to the seat in front of you uhhh…. Inside this pouch you will find a ton of useless products you didn’t know existed but, uhhh…you’ll soon discover you can’t continue with life until you buy a bunch of that crap….uhhhhhhhhhh….Prepare for descent.”

Nice spots, Butterfly.

Have you heard the expression, “When it rains, it pours?” Of course, you have. That’s probably right up there with,”It’s raining cats and dogs” in the ‘forms of expression’ or ‘figures of speech’ supermarket of phrases.

If it’s pouring for you now, here is my advice:
Write down what you feel. Write down what you want. Write down how it feels to get what you want. Write about it as if you’ve already achieved that possession or goal. The writing is just for you. Don’t show it to anyone.

The reason for this is because the act of writing is the most direct path from conscious mind to subconscious mind. The thoughts combined with simultaneous visual stimuli of the same thoughts create a powerful connection between the conscious and subconscious minds. Your perception of everything stems from beliefs that are rooted in your subconscious.

The reason it pours when it rains, for 95% of people — The subconscious mind is receiving, in abundance, energy from one or more of the smaller challenges you’re facing. You’re stewing in negative energy. All your focus is on what is wrong or unbalanced. This type of focus is giving that negative energy an emotional response. The universal source of energy and creation is not capable of distinguishing between wants and don’t wants — in terms of your focus and consumption of thoughts. Manifestation of reality largely favors your emotional responses. In Layman’s terms – Your thoughts are physical – your thoughts create your reality.

As always, thanks for reading.

Much love, my friends.
