Celebrate the Personal Success

of Your Family and Friends

My last post was a showing of love for my friends and family.

This is something that has been at the forefront lately.

So much so, I decided that Sunday’s post:

Love, Creative Disciplines, Support, and Perfection

Would be part 1 of a 2 part post. This post being part 2.

I knew this before I hit the publish button last Sunday afternoon .

How did I know this?
It’s simple:

Focus on Self-Mastery to Creatively Communicate your Art.

Can the result of a creative endeavor be significantly impacted based on the  surroundings of the creative? I ask this because I often question if I am receiving the energy of others nearby and inadvertently crossing our waves.

I do feel most at ease when I write in silence – alone.

Writers, artists, painters, dancers, sculptors, musicians, and so on have this to some degree. In fact, I believe even those who aren’t creating within the physical realm have this. We are all creative by nature. We are gifted these flesh-covered transportation systems with the same tools in the trunk.

CoDe SaIn – The Writing Journal Journey

Once upon a time on a dark and stormy night – I ponder, for hours, on how I can start a post about these 4 key elements.
Then it dawns on me — “Look in your private journal!”
I jump up and run to my desk. I sit down in my chair, scan the desk, and it occurs to me that I don’t even have a private journal.

That instant reaction to check something that I didn’t own at the time was a clear indication — It was time for a change.

You Are Not Just a Human – You Are Everything All At Once.

I entered this physical world on September 11, 1979. I have always assumed I was conceived on New Year’s Eve 1978 so, I suppose that is the night I began this journey. It is also the night I began gathering information.

Not a day has gone by without my brain gathering information that I will ultimately carry with me in this experience.

I want to discuss something that I rarely write about — even considering it’s something that I think about daily. The topic I am referring to is God — what is God?

Synchronicities – The Universal Tools of Creativity

What are Synchronicities?

Have you ever given much thought to that question?
Have our definitions to things like this become simplified due to lack of mathematical understanding of the universe?
Maybe it’s nothing more than simple apathy.
Maybe it’s neither, and I am the one that is hallucinating?
I asked this question to a friend a couple of days ago.

Politics and party hats

I thought I’d start the day by jumping in on the political opinion-party. I see all of you sporting those smooth party hats as you post your thoughts on Facebook — while you may or may not know, I am a party hat collector and self-assigned critic.

I cannot sit in silence any longer – give me one of those sweet party hats.

The path to greatness is littered with failure

North Pole Northern Lights Taurora

North Pole Northern Lights Taurora

How do you define greatness?

What does it look like? What makes it seem so elusive? I’ll tell you the answer to all 3 of these questions right after I tell you this:

When my time is up — My tank=E and my work=complete.

How often do you check-in with yourself?

Hey, how are you feeling today?

How many times have you been asked this question? If you’re like most people when you encounter this quick, passing-by, hello to a colleague or friend, this is the default conversation we’re all familiar with:

“Hey! Good morning! How are you?”
“Hey! I’m good, how are you?”
“Not too bad, thanks!”
“That’s great…Well, have a good day!”
“Hey, thanks — you too!”

Heard that exchange before? Yeah, me too.

Of course, the dialogue may differ slightly depending on who you’re talking to but the overall theme is the same. It’s a quick exchange of information that really doesn’t hold much substance but, we do it to acknowledge each other’s presence.

The Power of Choice and Sacrifice.

butterfly9:57 PM on October 29th, 2015.

I finished eating a grilled cheese sandwich about 20 minutes ago.

I rinse off my plate, put my kitchen to bed and walk to my living room. The fire is still glowing. The one lamp in the corner of the room is still on; I prefer that lamp over the main light because it gives the room a nice feel. It’s soft light but gives enough light to move around without bruising up my chins.
It’s quiet. I feel calm. I am no longer hungry. I stop and check-in with myself:

Genius and creativity

What is 1+2?

 is the value of 1?

 is the value of 2?

we take the value of 1 and add it to the value of 2, what is the outcome?

Given what we have learned throughout our lives, the value we get is 3. Now, my question is this – Do you accept this?
